Waiting for my $1000 refund for this very a month and no one is returning my calls this is very frustrating and I don't think this is a good business practice..

I have been waiting over a month for my $1000 refund and no one will return my calls they said they would mail my refund to me but that was over a month ago. I am very frustrated as no one will return my calls l think my only recourse is to go to small claims court

Doesn’t take responsibility for damage

My parents hired Bath Fitters to remove their bath tub and install a shower. They charged premium rates but only sent 1 person to do the work. They damaged the toilet, scraped the bathroom wall and dented the wall from the bathroom into the bedroom. I expected Bath Fitters to take responsibility for this and adjust accordingly. Instead my parents were advised that Bath Fitters is not responsible for any damage done during the installation. The work looks great if you dont include the hundreds of dollars worth of damage they caused. Thanks Bath Fitters for not taking responsibility of your actions!!
