I have been dealing with this dealership and John Skelton for a few years now and have purchased many vehicles through him. I have consistently found John to provide a service that I have not found elsewhere - not only during the sale, but after as well. Overall the dealership is a great place to buy vehicle. I have also recommended many other people to John - nearly all of which have also purchased from him. If your looking for a new vehicle -- go and see John Skelton - you won't be disappointed

The Shuttle service is great to start with and they do a pretty good job. Everyone one is pretty friendly and helpful. I am a bit disappointed as the put in a wrong part in my car but i am hoping they will find the right part and fix it. I will go to this place again and will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

I was very pleased with the service I received recently when I brought my new car in to check my gear shift problem. The understanding of my problem and speed and professional service I received was very refreshing. The advice I was given in what I was to expect immediately after repairs was helpful and greatly appreciated. Staff made me feel it was important that I was satisfied with my needs as indeed I was. First time..... Last time

Brought my 2013 Fiat in for a simple tire swap..... Even after asking the service advisor to make sure the technician checked the tire tread to ensure the proper 2 tires went on the front ...... I checked quickly with my hand and realized they installed them wrong ..... I had to wait an additional hour to have them move the tires. Brutal!! Nothing like doing the same job twice. I would never bring my vehicle back for any work if they can't handle a simple spring tire change. Also I found the service advisor condescending and rude.

Great service experience

This was definitely a LIKE. I went to Provincial Chrysler for a lube,oil and filter change,tire rotation and vehicle checkup inspection. I was greeted at the Service entrance with a pleasant smile and good morning. I drove my car in and was advised the tire rotation was not required as tires only had 5,000 km. since last rotation.They could have performed the tire rotation for which there is a charge and I would not have known better. I like honesty. The adviser drove my vehicle to the oil change bay and service was performed.The work performed was explained to me in detail, future service recommendations were presented by the adviser and my questions answered. I made my payment and went to my vehicle which was parked outside the lube bay ready to go. In and out in less than 25 minutes. They valued my time.
