Lady at inside service desk needs to learn customer service. Don't speak to your customers like they are idiots when they are just following your other service members instructions.

While traveling through Ottawa we got a flat tire and were unable to continue until it was fixed. Jeremy and his staff got us back on the road as soon as possible. Thank you for helping us out during a stressful time!
