I am gonna have to give this 4 stars, everything was perfect, my parents got some of there cars here so I new it was good. But I used to be a car detailer so my only issue was how dirty the truck was, never washed and dusty inside when I picked it up. After spending 40 grand on something would of been nice to not have to use the window washer fluid to see when I pulled out of the parking lot.. Otherwise everything was perfect hard working crew to give you the best deal.. but as a car detailer in a body shop we always had your car perfectly clean when you picked it up.. gives the customer that warm wanna come back feeling

I bought my truck less than 6 months ago. I also purchased the extended warranty. My truck died this weekend, transmission and alternator issues. When I called for Service on Monday they told me they cannot get me in until next week at the earliest. I told them I could have it towed over and asked if I could get a loaner until my truck was ready. I live in the country and work in the city, I cannot be without a truck for a week. I was told that they only provide a loaner car within the first month after purchase. I explained the impossible situation of having no truck for a week or more. I thought with the purchase of the extended warranty and the extensive work required under that warranty they would be able to do something for me. Instead, the Service guy told me, and I quote "your personal situation has nothing to do with us" There is no question that they are willing to honor the warranty and fix what is covered, but the timeline, the lack of understanding and quality of customer service is unacceptable. Im very disappointed with the way they are handling this! I was ready to buy this truck out right and purchase another car for my daughter. Instead, I will be cutting my loses, returning the truck and will be shopping elsewhere for myself and my newly licenced teen. Haldimand Motors is not a company I will do business with again!

Got my new car from here. Notices there was a coffee stain on the driver's seat and slight scratches on plastic bumper. The buffed the scratches and did an interior cleaning to the car. Easy experience and now have a nice commuter car.

The service is excellent, the cars are reasonably priced, financing is easy to acquire. There is a wide array of vehicles to look at and make a great decision.
