Had a great experience vuying a vehicle at Halimand. Great selection of vehicles and the staff (shout out to Steve) work hard to get you the best financing options are on point when i comes to lettibg the customer know about whats going on throughout the entire process. Haldimand Motors is a fantasic dealership to work with when buying a vehicle and work hard to make each and every customer experience great! The highest of recommendations!

Could have saved me a second visit if they had offered to find out how much an extra set of keys would have cost.

I had purchased a vehicle in December and I had received only one set of keys. At the time of purchase the gentleman told me I could get another set but said they were costly so I declined. However when I came in to pick up my vehicle another gentleman served me and informed me that they could get a second set with them getting a discount by going with Haldimand, he was kind enough to see how much which was a good deal less then expected and ordered another set for me. I wish the first gentleman would of done the same and I didn t have to come on an extra time to pick them up. It takes over 30 min each way . So would have been an easier fix if all was done when I purchased.

Diamond Kote

While my buying experience was overall positive, I was pressed to purchase the Diamond Kote warranty. The 2018 Chevy equinox I purchased had a rust spot on the tailgate within a year. When I brought it in for the annual Diamond Kote inspection the technician did not notice the spot, however when I pointed it out, he sent me to a body shop in Haggersville. There, they processed the claim, which was denied by Diamond Kote who indicated that " The damage that we see in the photos is Surface Corrosion originating from under the applique on the tailgate This type of damage is excluded from coverage and can’t be addressed. " I would therefore not recommend purchasing this warranty.
