I had a really nice experience and found a car I’m happy with at SMP. Shoutout to Isaiah for making the process super easy and painless! Inquiring about the vehicles using the live chat function on the website was super easy and connected me to Isaiah right away even though it was a Sunday night (seriously, I felt bad and I hope he was getting paid overtime). I made arrangements to test drive a couple of vehicles in the following week. When I visited the dealership in person, Isaiah had all the vehicles ready to go He was very knowledgeable about cars, answered all my questions, and was super easy to talk to. From the test drive to the price negotiation to signing the contact, Isaiah was honest and transparent every step of the way. None of the extra bells and whistles, no shady sales tactics or pushing other cars I didn’t want. I gotta admit, I was pretty wary and a little cynical about the whole car sales business at that point of my car search, but Isaiah made the process so much smoother with his clear communication and excellent customer service. I did not feel intimidated or talked down to like a lot of the other car sales men I encountered. I really appreciated Isaiah’s down-to-earth personality and trustworthiness. Car shopping is stressful enough, especially if you are a woman, a person of color, a newcomer, or someone who is younger or buying your first car (i.e. the population more likely to be taken advantage of by used car dealerships). You need a sales person you can trust, and I can’t recommend Isaiah enough!

Horrible business to deal with. We have purchased 4 brand new vehicles from SMP and had warranty work, oil changes etc done with them over the past 10 years, some dealings were good others not so good but understand that things can happen. However they have officially lost our business going forward. We purchased tires for our vehicle from them last year and one has a slow leak, we normally purchase from Good Year or Kaltire and with them they will patch your tire for free if still under warranty and thought SMP would be the same, no they are charging us $40 to fix the tire which is just over a year old. We are done with them!!

I brought my 2021Camry in for service for a issue that was identified at time of purchase. Brent Baudais, service manager, went above and beyond to work things out. Thanks Rebecca, service rep, for getting the ball rolling in the right direction. Very much appreciated.
