I’ve owned a Hyundai since 2012. On my 2014 Elantra I purchased extended warranty which I figure it wouldn’t be too hard to receive service when my car had an issue. When my engine had trouble and my car was shutting off in reverse it took a while before they would service my car. My transmission has being acting up for over a year and they still haven’t fixed it. It acts up on a daily bases, they said “Not until it completely quick” This car is just four years old in July and I’ve had nothing but trouble with it and with the service at Hyundai. It looks like I will have to go off PEI to get my transmission fixed under warranty. On a positive the mechanics are GREAT!

Kas is soo awesome, i went straight to Kas in pursuit of purchasing my second car from him! He is so friendly and easy to talk to, he absolutely makes you feel at ease. He will work for you to get you into the vehicle you want, whatever it takes ! If your in the market or just browsing, stop in and see Kas... you won't regret it! I promise! !!

I have previously bought 2 cars from dealerships and buying car number 3 was like no other. My salesman Andrew MacLaren was very patient as I threw off millions of questions and test drove several cars over many days. I never felt pressured and I felt like my preferences mattered. I was always greeted with a smile from all staff members and was felt welcomed each time I walked through the door. Thank you Experience Hyundai!

I have known Kas since June 2010 and over the past years because of him I have purchased four vehicles from Experience Hyundai. I have gotten to know many people at the dealership and I enjoy my interactions with the staff. I consider Kas a friend, not just a salesman. I would like to mention Austin Munroe, a very efficient and professional team member, also Jamie O'hanley and the manager Darren who always makes time to say hello or answer questions. Justin in the service bay has been a great person to quickly resolve any issues and goes out of his way to make sure the customers remain customers!
