From the first day we walked in we felt comfortable. Our salesman, Dale was very knowledgable. We didn't feel pressured and after trying different models we felt we made the right choice. Everyone in the place was friendly and made us feel great. We did go to all dealers and incentives were not available at most. We will feel comfortable walking in when we need to talk to a service person and won't think twice about calling Dale with questions about the car. Thanks for everything.

Kas and his team were extremely helpful in guiding me through the whole process; they were upfront and they explained everything in full detail. They answered my questions, they were thorough and they really made me feel very comfortable.

We dealt specifically with Kas, Matt & Luke at Experience Hyundai. All three were exceptionally professional. It was an enjoyable experience, no pressure, all options available to me were explained in detail.

Our experience at Hyundai Charlottetown was totally satisfying, easy and stress-free. Chris Murray and all the team members we encountered were very customer oriented and aiming to please without a “ high pressure” sales approach! We knew many customers were demanding of his attention but he made you feel like you were the only one. He is polished and shines as a #1 sales associate. We are comfortable and pleased with our new Santa Fe and will definitely share our recent, positive experience!

Very disappointed of Hyundai Canada; I am the owner of this under warranty 2014 Santa Fe (5XYZU3LB2DG110607) that has his hood fly open while driving at high speed, threatening my family’s life, my car is damaged and the hood does not open since January and Hyundai didn’t repair it yet.
