Only 1/2 the work was carried out. Had to get warrantee work on my own

Requested a wiper to be changed : not in stock for my vehicle Change my snow tire to summer: change was made but had to go bask and get my tires Molding repair: done satisfactory Remote start not working: Service would not do anything because it was not factory installed. When I bought the vehicle I made it very clear I want a vehicle with remote start, if the dealer chose to have one install why do I now have to get warrantee on my own. This will be taken into consideration on my next vehical, specially the dealer M G Bigras

Not made aware of service promotions

Service was very good, however, when I made the appointment to have my tires and oil changed and alignment done, they did not mention the promotion going on. If I knew I would have asked for that. Sincerely, Antoinette McKenzie

CJ took good care of us and we have beautiful new wheels. The customer service we got during and after our purchase was always above and beyond. They really make sure that you are well taken care of. Everyone greets you wjen you walk in and the environment is very relaxed and welcoming. We will definitly come back for our future truck needs!

Ball joints

Flat tire dilema

Brought a tire in to get plugged on a friday. I was told it would be done just after lunch. We never got a call. I called saturday and was told ship is closed til monday. I called monday they couldnt find my tire but would call me back in 10 mins. I was called back saying tire was ready and the person didnt know anything about why it took so long. I get home and put tire on van. The tech accidently put the winter tire on backwards. So I had to go back the next day and get it done properly. They did appoligize. This is what ticks me off. I bought the van used in dec. The hinges that I complained about werent fixed for 3 months and then this. I dont feel very comfortable with my vehicle there. A good friend works for the company and is the only reason I will bring it back. I believe everyone is human and makes mistakes. But it wouldnt hurt to have someone reach out and say hey sir we are really sorry about this how can we fix this?
