Had to ask for the tire promotion "Buy 3 get 1 Free" even though there were flyers all over the store. When the bill was revised for the promotion, the price of each tire went up by $20.00 from the original bill. I wouldn't have had to buy new all season tires if Laurentian Chrysler didn't sell me a used car with winter tires on it. This is just another unethical dealership.

I just came back from Florida around April 12 - My friend in Florida borrow my truck and with out contacting me he had the left lower ball joint replace - I mention to him that it was warranty but to late - I always go to your shop for all my service event I'm a master technician and I work for Kia Sudbury Motor for 12 years now I'm retired - I was Service & Parts & Warranty Manager - I know all about warranty - My girl friend Gisele Desruisseaux purchase her mini Van from your dealer and I deal with you sale manager at that time - both of my son in law own 2018 Ram echo diesel - I cant not go back to Florida to replace my ball joint - and there no reason that with my extended warranty you can not replace my ball joint and also I you look at my history on my truck any time you suggested service I always performed at your shop, like fuel filter , brake service .... - now they mention I will need rear brake - I was ready to get them replace because I know factory brake vs aftermarket is better - This is extended warranty regardless if is after market parts it should be replace and ball joint is a safety issue - I was waiting for 2019 Ram diesel before considering replacing my truck - If I do it will not with Laurentian Motor for sure - This is what I found on the internet: With regard to aftermarket parts, the spirit of the law is that warranty coverage cannot be denied simply because such parts are present on the vehicle, or have been used. The warranty coverage can be denied only if the aftermarket part caused the malfunction or damage for which warranty coverage is sought.. Jean Lafreniere

Hi Jean, I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Unfortunately FCA will not cover aftermarket parts installed by a non-FCA dealer under warranty. I negotiated for a synthetic oil change for 80 dollars through my sales person, Bob McDonald, as I was upset that the previous synthetic oil change cost 173 dollars. When I was called that the truck was ready, I was told that the oil change was not synthetic as agreed upon. I was not given any explanation why. I was told that there would be no charge for this oil change. Regardless that I was not charged for the oil change I was upset that the synthetic oil was not used.

Service (oil change and change of winter tire to summer tire) was done quickly and personnel at the service department was polite and courteous.
