More concern for type of problem

Brought my vehicle in last week. Left the garage and my wheel started to come off almost causing an accident. Not pleased with how things were handled considering the fact that something serious could’ve have happened. Remi was great and professional but doesn’t have the authority to make a decision on my customer experience. They did lend me a demo for the week which I appreciate but would also expect. I just feel that because I was lucky that I didn’t get in an accident that it doesn’t matter as much. At least that was the feeling I got. I’ve always heard how great Palladino is at taking care of the customers, and although I wasn’t treated poorly I just don’t think the situation was handled properly because of the negligence on the mechanics part.

Did not receive repair order

May 08, 2019

I brought my vehicle in for a couple of recalls. I was not given a repair order when I picked it up. I called the next day and spoke with someone. They told me they would leave a message to have someone call me or email me a repair order. Had to call in again a few days later because I still did not receive a call or emailed repair order.
