Awesome place!!! Dan Chamberlain and Erin Sammy were incredible!! No pressure, straight shooters and extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of all the cars - no questions left unanswered. They definitely made us feel relaxed and put our mind at ease. If you are in the market for a new car, I highly reccomend Henley Honda! And definitely ask for Dan Chamberlain or Erin Sammy! If you have financing questions, ask for Sandra- she was amazing, too!

Took my 2009 Honda Accord for the factory recall of the air bag. Work was done efficiently However, they scratched the pillar post. Yes it's an older car, but this is not acceptable. Don't think I will be bringing my vehicles for service here in the near future.

We brought in our Honda Civic for an alternator test as we believed that was the issue our car was having. We were told the test was done, and the alternator was fine, but the battery was to be replaced. So we went home and everything was fine, for about a month. Yesterday we took our Civic to the location in Petawawa, where we were experiencing the same problem, that's how we knew the alternator was not checked like we had asked and paid for. Meaning we were lied to. This irrited us, but the problem was resolved through communications through both locations. I'm only giving 3 stars for reasons as follows: 1) we asked for a service and did not receive it 2) we were lied to about said service 3) the matter was resolved and we were refunded for the battery So basically, make sure you get what you ask/pay for.

EDIT/UPDATE: Original review below... Since this is only a 5 star system I will give my over all experience a 78/100. Though I would like to separate my review on what I received there and Henley Honda's actions afterwards. For the original service, I can't rate it well, as my original review shows. I had multiple mechanics tell me its the alternator from how I described my car dying on me, potentially the alternator was fluctuating and the tests went well for them, but thats extending an olive branch and from my information provided the alternator should have had further suspicion. Could be improved greatly by following through on the info the customer has given. For customer support, its definitely a 5/5 in my experience. After reading my review Henley Honda got in contact with me and worked out the situation, listening and understanding what I was saying. The person I spoke with was very polite and helped both of us reach a compromise that amended the situation that had occurred. My warning of avoiding it is no longer what I will express, but instead I would advise that people really make clear their situations to the service reps; and from the customer support I received- I would say it is worth your time to go to Henley Honda. Side note - my warranty did not actually cover my battery, so my point on that being covered is null and void. UNEDITED ORIGINAL REVIEW. 2014 Civic Sedan: Do NOT go here. Spend the extra little bit to go to Hamilton or Niagara Falls if need be. 2016 incident - got a flat visiting my parents in the area - refused me service claiming I needed to make an appointment and that they were solid for 3 weeks. I had to drive on my Donut for 2 hours on the highways to reach my areas Honda, luckily no damage to my Donut tire happened. Going to visit my parents again for March Break 2019, get a check battery warning and car proceeds to die from no power. Get it looked at by local town mechanic - likely Alternator is bad, had to then go to Honda for my warranty covered service. Got service this time, but employees straight up LIED to me. They told me I needed a new battery and that the Alt. was fine. Claiming that my Battery was not covered so I had to dish out about $500 for their services. Just had to go to my local Honda today because my battery warning came back and killed my car again less than a month later. Find out that St Catharines Honda did not do the GR8 test that they should of and that it is highly likely that my warranty DOES cover my battery. Go ANYWHERE else. Even if it turns out I'm not covered for the Battery, the fact remains they didn't do their jobs which means I might not of even needed it replaced.
