Terrible service. Steve MacIssac, the sales Manager lacks efficient communication skills. I have been trying to contact him since August with very minimal responses and no game plan to fix the issue. I have sent several emails in which he stated he didn't receive them but then turns it around and says he had just found them. I've given my phone number and asked to be contacted immediately to fix the issue but nothing has been done. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I am a customer of Finch Chrysler London On. The Service Team is excellent. I deal mostly with John Reid, Service Advisor. The reason why I keep coming back is they truly know their own product. They did build it! I have an old car, a 2005 Dodge Magnum RT 5.7 Hemi MDS. I tried the independent garage route and it really didn't work out. My guys are professional, accommodating and thorough. They know exactly what they are doing and how to do it. And contrary to a prevelant myth, they Do Not push you to spend more money. Fact is cars need maintenance at the right time. You want to save money? Sure go to some grease monkey who convinces you he knows what he is doing. You want it done Right and within Specs specific to your vehicle with the right tools? Go to professionals. Keep up the Good Work Guys! Cheers.
