Winter tires

My wife and I are disappointed that we could not have a few safety related questions answered about my winter tire changeover. My Ram 1500 Ecodiesel was fit with 17" tires and wheels. The originals were 20". I was concerned that this may not be safe at highway speeds. The speedometer does not match the 17" refit either.I left 2 messages and my wife left 1. Without a response I consulted a Canadian Tire representative who was eager to help. Everything is safe. An answer that should have come from Finch Chrysler service department. My truck will reach 100K in a few short months and I will take it to another dealership after that milestone. My wife has vowed to never return to Finch and pay down her Warlock as soon as possible and return to buying Chevy products. After purchasing 6 vehicles in 6 years we have come to an end if our relationship with Finch. Not to mention $6000 in parts and service in the last 6 months.

I tried to book using their online booking system, however, when I went to drop off the car, they couldn't find it in their system. Good thing is that they took me in as a walk in customer and did the oil change in an hour.

No pressure knowledgeable sales, quality inventory

Finch sales team were knowledgeable and used non pressure sales. The inventory of vehicles was of quality and accommodated an array of price points.
