Just amazing experience. I bought a Toyota RAV4 for 3k less than a same vehicle a Toyota dealer. It was negotiable. The used sale manager,Greg the salesman were very professional. the receptionist very nice too. Highly recommended. I will buy my next car at Finch Chrysler in London Ontario.

I Had an appointment to have my truck looked at again regarding issue with my radio/NAV screen and a tailgate issue. Back in the summer, I booked an appointment to address these issues, clearly they didn’t even look at my issues. Because after the appointment, I had the service manager try and open the tailgate, which he could not. I was assured they would get it right next time and to call ahead and a loaner car would be provided etc... I brought my vehicle in the second time, Got there at 0745am, no loaner, had to leave with my vehicle. Return later in the day after speaking with service manager, made 3 trips to this dealership that day. Totally unnecessary. I even included my sale person in the conversation week prior to the appointment. Claims they changed their email addresses. Very frustrated with the service provided. James

I went to Finch Chrysler/Dodge for my regular oil change. The service was excellent! My vehicle was taken in promptly and the waiting area was very comfortable. The overall time to complete my service was awesome but it was what I observed during my wait that made the difference. The employees in the service bay and showroom alike were very friendly and very happy. I also noticed the effort that was placed into sanitizing the customer lounge. There was an employee actively monitoring the area and sanitizing as customers left the area to ensure that the seats and tables were safe for the next visitors. This was my first visit to Finch Chrysler/Dodge and, based on my experience of how they treat and care for their customers and employees alike, will be the first of many visits for my vehicle needs.

I walked in with my half pot cup of coffee ready to sit for a bit to get my tonneau put on. Was greeted by Emerson; very friendly and humorous. Wanted to give a big shoutout to Emerson for all the help in getting my new truck to par with my wants! He was very pleasant, cheerful and knowledgeable first thing in the morning! Very easy to talk to, very accommodating also. He was sure to follow up to ensure everything met expectations, and I had to admit the service was above and beyond all expectations I had. Overall very pleased with finch; Thank you to Clark and Mike in the front office, and Emerson in the shop for their top notch service. Would highly recommend, if you’re buying a new vehicle, or looking for a used, these guys will ensure your expectations and needs are met and give you the best deal around. See you guys next week for another change to my new truck.
