Customer service part is not great.. service advisor dont get back to u.. bought a new 3 months ago and have had issue with it none stop since then.. and to bout 1 of those issues are a safety concern (truck has very bad hesitation and cuts out on accerlaction when cold).. Ive had multiple people honk at me because truck will NOT accelerate!!! which im being told "can't be fixed".. that absolutely craziness from a brand new truck.. and u guys new this problem existed before I bought the truck.. not impressed..

Service excellent, personal excellent, John Reed knows what my truck requires he explains what should and will be done. Don't have to wait for hours to have my truck back. I am very happy to be a Finch customer. Thank you all
