This was my sixth Jeep so I’ve been to a few dealerships. As a result, this was my second time purchasing a Wrangler from Finch and Craig Harwood and I expect to be back in another 4-5 years. The customer service is 5 star PLUS. I got a great value for my trade in. Craig went out of his way to find me the exact vehicle I wanted and Greg made sure the paper work was done super fast! Highly, highly recommend!!

Took my vehicle in for its first oil change. Emerson was absolutely awesome to deal with! Met me in service to ask how I was liking the vehicle and if I had any Qs or concerns. I mentioned my interest in adding a part to my car and he did some quotes on it and showed me examples of how it looked on other cars on the lot. Super friendly and efficient. Also checked on me in the waiting area. Very impressed with how quickly the oil change was and how everyone working had something to do. Thank you Emerson & Finch Chrysler.

Craig, the salesman was fantastic. The used car manager not so much. Night/day difference from Craig. Would not work with me what so ever on negotiating a price. Waste of time.

I called several dealerships and went to a few more in search of a new or used Chrysler Pacifica. I just find it amazing what a weak link the sales people in many of these places are for such an expensive product. Tricks such as The Waiting Game which I thought had gone with the dodo were still used as well as a take it or leave it attitude or not returning phone calls. That was not the case at Finch Chrysler. From the get go they paid attention to what I said and spent the time whit no guarantee of a sale from me. There was no pressure from them, but as I shopped around, I realized that they had the Pacifica that I wanted and that they were willing to work with me to find the terms that fit what I needed. Jordan, the salesperson, Steve and Mike, the Sales Managers and Gord the Business Manager all worked seamlessly together to make it happen and now we have a beautiful Van with everything we wanted. So, if you are looking for a Chrysler or Dodge product, or even just a used car, make this one of your stops. I am not saying that it is the only good dealership in town, but it is the only good one that I found for my search. If you put them on your list to compare, you will do yourself a favor.
