Shopping for a car was a time consuming and important event in my life. I needed to be sure that I was choosing a car that best would fit my life and my budget. Ultimately, Provincial Chrysler was able to provide me with a good deal and a beautiful Jeep. Jarrett was an excellent sales rep throughout the process.

Rattle fixed and car cleaned

The annoying rattle was fixed. Thank goodness! My little Fiat 500 loved her 'day at the spa'! She looks and feels like a brand new car! Everyone I came into contact with at the dealership was very polite and personable from the employee who I made the appointment with, another employee who held a door for me and wished me a happy day to Dan who was very quick and efficient as well as informative about the repairs that were done to my car. Great experience once again!

Drew is the gold standard that other sales people should strive for. He's a straight shooter and did everything he said he would even after the sale. If he didn't have an answer to a question he dug deep to get an answer. He wasn't pushy, he kept me informed constantly, he never forget what we talked about and maybe the most important thing, he honoured verbal agreements. I'm from Alberta and I probably won't buy another car here and would be glad to do business from across the country with Drew any day.

Wasted trip to your dealership

Chrysler phoned asking if we needed a service, answered yes, explained vehicle needed lighter cluster in dashboard replaced. Service representative confirmed it was ok to make an appointment, even after we asked twice if correct part was available- answer was yes. Made appointment, arrived, to be told part not in stock, has to be ordered, we would be contacted once it was in, to make a new appointment. Wasted trip in from Amherstburg. 3 weeks later still no follow up. Forgotten? Part still needs to be manufactured? Poor service.

The facility was very clean when I drove in, prompt service, and Jamie was very helpful. I was offered a ride home, and was given a courtesy call explaining that my van wouldn't be ready till after lunch hour, and a second call would be made at that time. I thought that was very helpful in the planning of my day.
