Installer was Great, On time, did a great job, was very cautions of the mess he made in the house, had mats down to protect stairs and carpet, cleaned up everything before he left.

fast efficient solution to bath conversion

The service we received was fast and excellent. This is a fast and efficient way of making bathing safer for the elderly in their own homes who have trouble stepping up and over the edge of a tub. The representatives were professional and only provided the customization that we wanted without pushing other add-ons. I could have easily completed this myself, but it would have taken a week or more. Inside of two days, the shower was able to be used. We are very happy with the end result and it looks great. The bathroom is so much brighter now. Thanks ve3ry much!

David arrived on time and in spite of running into a snags (our fault) was out at supper time. Very respectful of our wants and needs. A beautiful job, I can't believe the diffefence... Would certainly recommend Bath Fitter.

We were very pleased with the entire process. The sales rep that came to the house was very personable and we appreciated that he listened to what we wanted and did not try to sell us things we did not want or need. The product is very high quality and Chris, our installer, is obviously a very well trained professional that knows what he is doing. There were no hidden costs or extras. Like many houses built in the 70's our tub has a window in it and the options for making it water tight are limited. Although the initial cost is more than some other options the quality of work and the peace of mind are will worth it. We are no longer worried about water leaking around the window causing mold and rot. We would highly recommend this to other people.

Had a full tub and shower removed and replaced . Bath fitter was courteous and on time with the first visit from Bill on through the work being done from Dave . My wife and two daughters are very happy with the changes made to our bathroom by bath fitter and will be more than happy to refer any and all potential customers your way .
