What a positive experience buying a car can be! Faysal was a great salesman, who is able to connect with his customers on a professional and personal level. He helped me pick the right vehicle for me, and made the process extremely pleasurable. I value the focus on meeting customer needs without pressure to up-sell that seems to differentiate this dealership from others. I am very happy with my new car, and would give Faysal and the dealership an A++ rating.

This was my first time buying car, so I didn't know very much when we first got started but from the test drive to making the deal, Faysal answered any questions I had to make sure I was understanding everything and getting the car that was right for me. He was extremely friendly, helpful, out-going and knew what he was talking. He is an excellent sales representative and had I not worked with him, I'm not sure if I would have got the deal. He was amazing to work with and I'll definitely be back to him for my next car. Joe helped with all the financial stuff and again, went by it step by step making sure I understood everything.

I had a great experience buying my car at this dealership. Never having bought a new car before, I had given a good amount of consideration as to what I was looking for and I found that I got all the information I wanted here. The test drive was great, I got to test all the car features, and the negotiation for the purchase went very smoothly. I felt secure purchasing my car there (got great value) and anticipate great service at future visits. Thanks to Sillin and Tony for helping me through the whole process!

My husband and I went to the Bank Street Hyundai over the long weekend, for service as we were having trouble with our gear shifter. We actually couldn't put the car in park. Even though the service centre was closed over the long weekend, Justin took a look at our car and was able to identify the issue immediately, the shifting release had worn out on the car (exact part name unknown). He was able to locate one and put it in the car and get us back on the road in no time at all. We were really impressed with his service. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, fast and helpful. Thanks so much Justin.

I was in the market for my first NEW CAR in 30 years. I knew what I wanted, and I wouldn't be swaded in any other direction. I wanted a RED HYUNDAI ACCENT, 4 DOOR SEDAN, with a 6 speed manual transmission at a great price. This store didn't have one in stock. But they got me one fresh out of the factory in less than 10 days. The deal included Not just a great price, but 4 new snow tires on rims, and winter floor mats plus a great trade in on my beat up old saturn wagon. The Sales rep I was dealing with, Faysal Akl was more than friendly and straight with me. We had a good relationship during the whole process. It was a bit like talking to my late brother. I felt comfortable dealing with him. 5 STARS. I would highly recommend Bank Street Hyundai to anyone looking for a new car. Good Job People, Good Job.

My wife and I went to Bank Street Hyundai to look for a new car. We had done a good amount of research on-line before hand and knew mostly what we wanted. Our sales rep. Jean Michel was really friendly and very knowledgeable. He did not try to push us or make the hard sale and he respected when we wanted to talk amongst ourselves and answered our questions thoroughly. As my wife is francophone, the fact that Jean Michel is fluently bilingual was nice as well. We were really pleased with the price we paid for our new Elantra Touring and the warranty. After some of the other salesmen we dealt with at other dealerships, this was a really positive experience, warm, friendly, professional, thorough and at the end of the day we got the car we wanted for a great price. I would strongly recommend Jean Michel and Bank Street Hyundai to any of my friends and family! We'll be back when it's time for another new Hyundai!
