Switched to Mercedes.. Went with my daughter for a Lexus repair. After we left I said I'm going back to Lexus with my next car buy. These folks know service. Bonus the cars don't need much service.

Took over 2 hours to get a new set of winter tires. Didn't expected it took this long. My service appointment took 2.5 hours, which apparently is normal, but had I been told beforehand, I would have dropped off my car and picked it up when the service was complete instead of waiting around for nearly 3 hours. The Service Manager, Chris Carey, responded really well to my complaint and did what he could to rectify the situation. I'll be continuing to use their services since Chris was so willing to fix the problem.

Hello Mr. Lim, I have reviewed your service appointment. We, as you stated, installed a new set of winter tires and rims onto your vehicle. Your vehicle also required routine service which was also completed; which takes more time. What made the appointment take even longer is that every time you are in for an appointment with us, we perform a complimentary cleaning on your vehicle. This cleaning takes 25-30 minutes on its own. The time for all the above discussed should take between 2 to 2.5 hours. My apologies for not meeting your expectations.
