Took over 2 hours to get a new set of winter tires. Didn't expected it took this long. My service appointment took 2.5 hours, which apparently is normal, but had I been told beforehand, I would have dropped off my car and picked it up when the service was complete instead of waiting around for nearly 3 hours. The Service Manager, Chris Carey, responded really well to my complaint and did what he could to rectify the situation. I'll be continuing to use their services since Chris was so willing to fix the problem.

Hello Mr. Lim, I have reviewed your service appointment. We, as you stated, installed a new set of winter tires and rims onto your vehicle. Your vehicle also required routine service which was also completed; which takes more time. What made the appointment take even longer is that every time you are in for an appointment with us, we perform a complimentary cleaning on your vehicle. This cleaning takes 25-30 minutes on its own. The time for all the above discussed should take between 2 to 2.5 hours. My apologies for not meeting your expectations. Went in looking for a LX or GX . The uninterested salesperson said they had a GX but said they like to sell them overseas as they get full retail. Showed it to me ; 3 minutes, then told me it was a Lexus customer weekend and had to get back to the showroom. I guess a trip to Montreal or Toronto is needed to get one!!!!

Hi Edward, Sorry to hear you had a bad experience today with my sales rep Maurice Blum. We are having a 3 day sale that started this morning Oct.18th and it's been extremely busy with people taking advantage of the deals. This is no excuse again sorry for your treatment. We are sold out of the LX570 now but do have 1 coming late January that is available. The GX460 would be a great option if you need a vehicle sooner. Our recent experience with David was absolutely five star. He was professional, made sure we were informed through evey step of our purchase and was sure to check in on us after we'd had our new car home for a while. We will definitely be returning when it's time for a new vehicle again.
