Very poor service. My wife and I love our Toyota's but give this dealership a one ⭐ rating. Collingwood Toyota is a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ dealer with a gear service and phenomenal staff.

The one problem was Jackson’s sent me 12 emails asking for a review of the work. Jackson’s performance was excellent. The company handling the follow up request for assessment of work performed needs improvement.

As always the service at Jackson's is reliable and I always receive good communication. The one thing that I really miss however, is your courtesy vehicle service. I do not appreciate the Uber vehicles because they are all rather small cars and with my arthritis I experience a great deal of pain and difficulty trying to get in and out of these compact cars. Your pre-covid courtesy cars were always reliably comfortable for me and I would greatly appreciated the return to this previous service. Val Phillips

The team worked hard to get me serviced without an appointment for a problem that rendered my car undrivable in the middle of an afternoon - stranding me in Barrie when I do not live anywhere near there.

My Wife and I had an excellent experience with Jackson's Toyota! Having the understanding that New vehicles were on a bit of a wait we made sure to order what we wanted a few months ahead of schedule. We had the pleasure having the Lease Portfolio Manager Andrew Black as our Product Advisor and man did he deliver! Always giving us updates and even including short personal videos. I also want to acknowledge Chelsea Allen our Financial Service Manager for a smooth and professional transition to our new Vehicle. These 2 employees made getting a New Vehicle a very enjoyable process and we highly recommend both of them! Thank you again to Jackson's Toyota and to everyone that helped along the way for this delivery!
