If I could Give less stars I would. Knew someone on a list and money down.(1grand) An associate in the middle of another deal put his own money down on the car to hold it for his customers and stole it from my family members. Everyone at dealership was aware and wasn’t impressed with the integrity violation. How does an associate get to skip the line for a car over a customer ? Fix this violation or the BBB will be made aware and everyone knows your dealership is a place with zero integrity. Give associate the money back and give the car back to my family member and tell associate involved to take a hike and look for a new job ! Taking business to Newmarket if this isn’t resolved !

I had a great experience with Jackson toyota, The salesman Ramit was very helpful and informative. My car wait time was suppose to be a year but I end up getting it in 3 months all other process went very smooth with them.

It has been exactly a year I got my RAV4 Toyota should honor the loyality and keep the interest rate that was at the time of booking. I do understand that the model was changed and so was the price gone. The company has the right to jack the price up as the cost is gone up. Since the customer has been waiting for long time, the company should give a break at least on interest rate by keeping the rate as it was at time of booking. It was a great customer service experience so far at Jackson’s Toyota. There is problem with the vehicle while driving on highways. There is sound as the air comes in from a gap. Will take it back to the dealer to fix it. Post it once fixed

Very poor service. My wife and I love our Toyota's but give this dealership a one ⭐ rating. Collingwood Toyota is a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ dealer with a gear service and phenomenal staff.
