A job that should take 15 minutes took almost one hour, and no new sticker was put on the windshield.

My visit was through the Quick lube. Took way too long, and the cost is prohibitive, This was my second consecutive bad experience there. I will have second thoughts about going back again.

I recently purchased a Rav 4 the staff was great and very pleasant. Although I had to wait for a vehicle the sales associate was amazing with keeping me informed as to when my vehicle would be ready. Great experience would definitely recommend. Great job Jackson Toyota .

We were pleasantly surprised by how proactive Jacksons salesman was (Eric McCormack). We ordered our car a year before it came (it is a hybrid) and he kept us notified as to what was happening and offered us substitute cars as they came in just in case we couldn’t wait for the one we had ordered. We did decide to wait and the car is everything we hoped it would be.

This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. I’ve had over 10 cars in my life and this one takes the cake. Especially Amir, my salesman he went above and beyond to meet and exceed my expectations. I’ve never felt more comfortable and less pressured buying a car before. Tire changeover and oil change .. also had some minor brake work done as well .. all of the services were provided in a timely manner
