I took my car for oil change and tire rotation for 7am and need to utilize the shuttle services. I was the third person signed up for the shuttle, however they proceeded to let 8 other people behind me get shuttle service as no one else was going to the south end of the city. I waited over an hour for shuttle, until they sent me alone in a shuttle. Time is obviously not valued. Once I received my vehicle back they commented “dirty” on the service paper. Obviously it is dirty, it was a warm day in winter, show me a car that is not dirty. Could have offered a car wash if they felt it was so dirty, other dealerships do
