Well...2 hours for a 15 min oil change and still waiting...now they are doing an alignment in the oil bay....waste of time dodge across the street is quicker

Good experience overall. Only issue was I asked the service area for an estimate on what it would cost to repair the wire connection for the rear window defrost grid, but it was not provided to date

Bought a vehicle from here. Pushy sales, was over priced, vehicle wasn't cleaned. Was told that I'd have 3 years warranty on Tires, once they wear out I'd get new ones or winter tires or repairs if needed. I asked what the catch was, no catch they told me. Go to get new tires a 2 years later, don't cover new tires they tell me. They say anything to make a sale, then the manager calls me as I suggest they inform their sales associates to be honest with customers and he was rude to me and said that it was all in the contract...yes the contract I wasn't even given when they told me about this to make a sale. Very disappointed with this place.

Very easy transaction. We got our SUV the same day. Agents are so friendly. Until now they give us a call just to make sure the vehicle is doing okay. Will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family! Keep it up! Kudos to Josh and Cory!

Feels like I just sat down with my coffee in the waiting room when I was told my vehicle was done! It was so quick and efficient I almost thought they had the wrong person. I really appreciated the quick service oil change!
