We are very happy with the workmanship, style, look, and function of our new Bath. It was not the least expensive quote that we had, but we were correct in trusting the brand "Bath Fitter" to satisfy our needs!

Great conversion of an old bathroom, circa 1930's, with a fabulous finished product. Only wish I had taken a photo of the old tub. Installer was great and no clean up required anywhere after the job was completed. Should have done it years ago.

Melissa in the office was so helpful and friendly. Mark took a long time explaining what we could have done. His suggestions were very useful. Our reno was squeezed in before our company arrives next week. Greatly appreciated that! It was all done and dusted in a day. Glen was incredibly efficient and the end product is beautiful! Thanks to all of you for making it so easy.

The bathroom renovation bath fitters completed in our house is simply fabulous. The work was completed on time and on budget. No complaints what so ever. In fact, we plan to use their services again when we redo our second bathroom.

With a small child running around it was great to see how neat the work area was and that the mess was contained. At the end of the night you couldn't tell there was a reno ongoing. Chris was a quiet guy, kept to himself which is fine, but he was always welcome to a coffee or snack but declined. Nothing bad to say! Very pleased so far!

We have been trying for three weeks to get Bathfitters to book an appointment to do repair work on a previous installation, and have been impressed: Clearly business is so good at Bathfitters that they don't need to bother servicing existing customers. And so... 22 days after our intitial contact, we wait to get an appointment.

Work was excellent and professionally done.Both reps were friendly and courteous.I am happy with the product but was unhappy that there was an additional charge for a very little bit of extra work.The product costs enough without additional charges.Overall my wife and I are very happy.
