The Barthfitter employee came into our home as scheduled. He did an efficient, timely job just as they sales person had informed us they would do. The job was completed in the time frame they indicated. The wortker left things tidy and set to go. We were pleased with the outcome. We hada small question as a follow up and the employee came back and concluded the issue to our satisfaction the next day.

My mother is 85 years old and was constantly downstairs asking questions about what he was doing! He was very respectful and answered all questions with patience, she enjoyed talking to him! He did a great job, he also cleaned up the mess! He did a great job and we are very pleased with the job he did and we love the new shower! Later one she will be doing her main tub and we would be very pleased if Glen would do the job for us! Thanks for a job well done!

I contacted Bathfitters to renew my tub. Once I made the initial contact they were professional and prompt in any dealings I had. When it was time to install the fittings, they just started and finished without any issues. There was a problem the next day with a leak and they found the issue and fixed it as soon as possible. I would recommend Bathfitters for anyone wanting to renew their bathroom but do not want a full renovation. Robert Hopkins

Took a bit to get appointments especially after initial install. But once they came out they saw the cracks around the drain and fully replace the whole tub, I was impressed with that. When you spend so much money on something it is very nice to see that you stand by your lifetime warranty!

From quote to finish product everyone I dealt with was incredibly responsive. Love my new bathroom. You can tell a lot about a company by how they handle a complain or issue and I had a small cosmetic issue (probably not noticeable by most) and they were back and had it fixed to perfection while I was away on vacation. From sales to service to installation very professional group.
