Tony was very helpful. He gave me the opportunity to test drive 2 versions of the Kona. He helped me set up Android Auto and connect my phone. Hyundai was unable to do the undercoating of my car before I picked it up on June 24th. They were supposed to have contacted me within 2 weeks to schedule it, but I have not yet heard from them.

waited for the car to be serviced in the waiting room. Was told it would be one hour. Was completed in 45 minutes.

I absolutely found this purchase the most smoothest transition ever in buying a new vehicle. The staff at Hyundai are so friendly and I felt safe and at ease. Tony Dang is by far the best car salesman that our family deals with. And the financing done with Scott Mullen was excellent. Overall I thank you Hyundai for this fabulous new purchase. Lea King

I received excellent service and my vehicle was ready when promised. It was also wiped down and sanitized. As staff were not available for a wash, I was given a free Chamios Wash card.

Brought the vehicle in for a recall repair. Told the rep twice that the problem had been diagnosed a month before, I just had to wait for the letter . Drove into the city an hour one way, was told the part was 6 to 8 weeks away. Really, very poor service

Brakes serviced, new tire installed, oil changed, stuff checked,car cleaned. Friendly service. My only issue would be that when I booked the appointment I was advised that there was no shuttle service, but the discounted car rental was not mentioned. Consequently, a family member had to come all the way across town twice to drive to and from the service centre.

We traded in our 2014 Santa Fe, didn't get what I wanted for it but negotiated for all of the Mats and trunk liner and covers. Other than that the sales rep was great and knowledgable
