Went in for winter tire change. Laurie was very pleasant and friendly. My winter tires were switched with my summer tires and were bagged for me so I could easily transport them to my nephews for storage. All went well and I'm good until my next oil change and 24000km inspection.

I talked to John Royston and got prices on three different types of tires for our car. We deceided on the BF Goodrich tires, made an appointment with John and he looked after getting the tires installed and doing the 4 wheel alignment. John arranged for a ride to get us to our required location and back to the dealership when the car was ready. We are pleased with the service and John's attention to our needs.

I purchased a used vehicle. I traded in my truck. I got the rust proof pkg. I liked the time it took to purchase my truck. Vince was very patient with me during the time.
