Do not buy a vehicle here or service your vehicle here. Sherwood Honda treated me so poorly when I have purchased a vehicle through them and serviced all my vehicles with them… They did work improperly that caused me tons of other damage in turn. I had to have that fixed at another Honda dealership thankfully they could see me. The mechanic took photos as proof and text me stating what work had been done improperly and I was told Sherwood Honda should be able to comp me for the services. Not only was I told by Sherwood Honda that my warranty was invalid for this but they took no accountability on their end. Not only that but they blamed me for “improperly maintaining” my car when I get it regularly serviced. As a customer it’s extremely frustrating because I rely on them to tell me what work is NECESSARY which I was not told and I rely on them to do the work PROPERLY. I’ll make sure to take this issue higher and tell everyone I know because nobody deserves to be taken advantage of and treated as I have.

Don’t service your vehicle here. They will upsell you services that they can’t even complete properly and mess up your vehicle and won’t help you.

I recently purchased an HRV from Sherwood Honda. Ricardo was my salesperson and he was excellent. My previous car was written off. I had ordered a Toyota Corolla Cross and it was going to be delayed for another year. I thought Honda would have the same wait time. My friend suggested an HRV so I called Sherwood and Ricardo answered and said they had some HRVs coming in shortly. I had been without a vehicle for 6 months. Loved the HRV and my previous vehicle was a Civic so it made sense. Ordered one and Ricardo said it would be about two months. I could live with that at this point. Then I got a call from him two weeks after I ordered it. It was in! Another customer upgraded to a higher model and originally ordered the same one that I was waiting for so he switched it to mine. I was shocked that it was in and that he helped me get my car sooner. So I had a great experience and Courtney in finance is equally awesome - very knowledgeable and friendly. I’m happy with my decision! I would recommend this dealership

Went shopping with a specific goal in mind. We worked with Hoang and he gave us the best experience. He didn't push us into any bad deals, he just listened to what we wanted before providing options and routes to proceed. Hoang is super friendly, caring and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Just bought a brand new car from there. My salesman Rico was amazing. He answered all of my questions and went out of his way to keep me updated on the cars status. Made me feel very welcome. He also put a bow on my car and took time to walk me through all of the features. 10/10 salesmen.

I would like to take the time to thank the Sherwood Honda Team for making my buying purchase experience very pleasant. After a few visits, first with Peter then finalizing my purchase with Suhki. I cannot express the gratitude I have for the patience & knowledge I received. Answering all my questions, concerns as well as explaining everything with high detail - even on his days off. I hands down recommend this dealership if you're on the hunt for a new or newer vehicle. Forever greatful, thank you again Suhki.
