I would give zero stars if I could. I asked for a quote to have my struts repaired or swapped for new ones and they can't even reply with a quick quote. I followed up they said the service guy hasn't gotten back to them with a number..... it's been over a week since I last inquired about my QUOTE. Take your business to a actual shop that cares about there customers

Never go there for a diagnostic... man they are a rip off and they have the audacity to tell me nothing is wrong after I specifically told them what I am feeling with the car is not normal , unless its normal for them lol....please take ur vechicle somewhere else and save ur time and money . Don't get me started with the sales guy experience lol

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Toyota Barrie service department. After bringing in my brand-new car for just its second service, they recorded the mileage incorrectly—an error that caused serious problems when I tried to sell the vehicle. This kind of mistake is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and attention to detail. What’s worse, they made no real effort to resolve the issue or provide any form of customer satisfaction. I trusted this dealership with my vehicle, but they proved to be completely unreliable. If there were an option to give zero stars, I absolutely would. Even one star is far too generous for the kind of careless service I received. Avoid this service center if you’re looking for honest, trustworthy, and competent service—because you won’t find it here.

I was not treated respectfully by either the service advisor or the service manager when I was advised by Toyota to go to this dealership over a possible safety/warranty issue while I was in the area (not my regular dealership).

You mentioned a third-party shop had indicated a possible unsafe condition, but our inspection revealed no such finding. Additionally, we confirmed that the recall work in question was previously completed properly by another Toyota dealership, and there was no evidence of any unresolved issue. When you later returned requesting another diagnosis be performed, we advised that if you were not satisfied with our diagnosis, you may wish to seek a second opinion or consult the dealership that originally performed the recall. While we stand by the thoroughness of our assessment, we always encourage customers to follow up on any lingering concerns to ensure peace of mind. Jackson's Toyota is the place to go when looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle! Everyone is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It is refreshing to walk into a place where you can tell everyone enjoys their job. My husband and I were looking for a preowned vehicle and we were in great hands. Chris was very professional, had all the answers to our questions and was amazing to deal with. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I love my Toyota RAV 4! I will definitely recommend Jackson's Toyota to friends and family.

Extremely Disappointed After Years of Loyalty I purchased a 2022 Tundra TRD Pro from Jackson’s Toyota—a truck well over $100,000—and it’s not my first vehicle from this dealership. Unfortunately, it will be my last. From the start, the truck had serious front-end issues that took nearly eight months to resolve. On top of that, it’s been subject to multiple recalls, including ones that pose a fire risk. Despite the seriousness of these issues, getting my truck in for service has been next to impossible. Every time I call, I’m told they’re too busy—whether it’s “winter tire season” or “summer tire season”—and appointments are booking out over a month in advance. Even worse, I’ve been waiting over two years for parts, with zero follow-up. I’ve called repeatedly and received no callbacks. I recently spoke with the service manager, who said he would look into everything, but I’m still waiting. Due to the ongoing issues and complete lack of customer service, I’ve canceled a new truck I had on order. After years of loyalty, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. If you’re considering buying a vehicle from Jackson’s Toyota, I strongly recommend thinking twice.

After calling dozens of different dealerships i found jackson toyota, now I was not in the market for a new vehicle as I had just purchased one. But I was in search of a very hard to find accessory. That's where jackson toyota cane into play. I found Mr Marty in sales, amd what a breath of fresh air this was... he was so nice and eager to help me find what I needed. And even after moving up the chain to the sales manager Jonathan he was suck a nice guy and helped more than I could ever ask for! Thanks again guys the new Intake is beautiful and exactly what i wanted. So if you are in need of anything OEM for your toyota look no further these guys will step up to the plate!!!
