Walked into the showroom with my husband, attempted to open the door of a large SUV that had the windows down and you couldn’t turn to one of the eight sales people that were literally sitting and talking amongst themselves my husband said, is there a secret to opening the door and one salesman piped up all the batteries dead at 3 PM on Saturday afternoon. We then continue to walk through the showroom unassisted by any of those who are floating around in gray shirts, busy drinking their coffee and checking their phones when we asked another sales person why two vehicles had great big car wraps on them. They answered they had no idea why it’s raining out we walked into buying an SUV and we turned around and walked right out. You lost a $60,000 sale today. Jackson’s do better.UPDATE: WE BOUGHT A AN X3 M50 at Georgian BMW.

As I was driving back to the dealership to sign for a quote that they printed and gave me they sold the car to someone else even after I confirmed that I was on the way. When I got there the manager was nothing but rude to me and ripped the quote while staring at me trying to be intimidating.
