We just purchased a 2025 Tucson Preferred w Trend pkg. We had experiences from other dealerships in my search and some were pretty sour. Kevin Greenidge was my first salesperson at Hyundai On Hunt Club and he was knowledgeable, informative, and patient - he taught us all the configurable parts of the car. Kevin is personable and listens. He has to keep a LOT of choices and features given the new layouts and the well thought out dash and the Hyundai app (Digital Key 1). When we came when we'd nailed down what we wanted, we got to meet the sales manager Moustapha Chahrour and he worked with me to get what we wanted on the vehicle along with a deal that we felt good with while listening carefully to my concerns. He really reduced my stress level after the experiences we've experienced else where. It was a hard choice given today's political (and thus financial) situation as to what one could afford and whether one should and that was stressful enough and Moustapha was calm, pleasant and I didn't feel pushed - he got me the time to make the right choice. When we were ready, we spoke about warranties and undercoating with the F&I manager Nabil Salem and Nabil also listened and was very helpful. After we picked up our new Tucson, I've got to know partsperson Nick Frampton (for some extras we decided we should have like a block heater and floor & cargo area trays ) and he helped me understand accessories (some of the choices you can get in Hyundai Canada's builder section shows accessories that didn't match with the trim package we had while others that were feasible weren't always shown). At NO point did we feel disrespected, nor did we felt pressured unlike some other dealers around city we visited. I felt heard and I felt like I'd have no reservations bringing my service and repairs to the dealership as needed. Nabil, Moustapha, Kevin & Nick have my thanks for letting things move when we were ready without pushing.

5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I was hesitant to attend the dealership, or any dealership as I’ve only ever dealt with my personal mechanic in servicing my 2018 Santa Fe. My engine seized on the highway and after a call to my mechanic, he advised me to tow it to Hyundai as there was possibly a recall associated with the engine. I was happy to find out this was true. After a few hiccups with my assigned advisor, James stepped in and after submitting documentation (oil change records) my engine was approved within a couple of days and ordered. My wife just picked up the vehicle yesterday and it runs like it’s new with a bill of 0$, bringing an end to an extremely stressful and potentially costly situation. We also received a call today as a follow-up to our service visit, and asked if we had any further questions.
