We brought our 2017 Tucson (roughly 120K) in because of an issue with the brakes and excessive oil consumption. Bottom line - we paid $2800 for repairs (that likely shouldn't have been done before determining the status of the engine) Subsequently, the engine siezed during the decarbonization process at the dealership. We no longer had an operational vehicle. A used engine was offered to us for $10K and then reduced to $8K. Our call to the service manager was not returned. We received a series of messages from the service rep, asking what our intentions for the vehicle were even though we had contacted the service manager and were waiting for his phone call. Further messages came from the service rep stating that if we didn't go ahead with the engine replacement, he had a family friend who owned a scrapyard and could get us back the $2800 we put into the repairs. We agreed. The morning of the transaction, he reached out to say deal fell through and he could only offer $1200. We went to the dealership to. speak to the Service Manger in person who said, "deals fall through all the time" but he'd look into it and call by the end of the day. No call. Within 30 minutes of posting an honest google reveiw, we were contacted and asked to take the review down (we did) and would be paid the additional $1600 that we origially ageed to. Didn't happen. A call to the Sales/General manager followed. He seemed genuinely concerned and agreed to personally call us back in 2 days, giving him time to look into the situation. No phone call came. Several messages were left for him and not returned. The lack of commuiication with the dealership was appalling. We will never reccommend Hyundai on Hunt Club to anyone.

I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience with the Service Department at Dilawri Hyundai Hunt Club has compelled me to speak out due to the unprofessionalism and disappointment I faced—particularly in dealing with the Service Manager, James. After the check engine light on my Santa Fe illuminated, I brought my car to the dealership to have it fixed. Unfortunately, the light came back on the very next day. When I returned to address the issue, I was informed a new issues was to blame. Seeking clarity, I obtained second and third opinions, both of which confirmed the part installed by the dealership was faulty. I returned to Hyundai to request a proper confirmation, hoping for resolution. Instead, I was met with hostility and frustration. The Service Manager, James, accused me of wasting their time. When I mentioned that I would escalate my concerns, he shockingly responded by threatening to file a complaint with my employer—whom he even named. This behavior is utterly unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, disrespect, and apparent disregard for customer concerns have left me deeply disappointed. I hope Dilawri Hyundai Hunt Club takes this matter seriously and prioritizes proper customer service moving forward.

Worst service department ever. They treat you like garbage, they are rude and they ignore you. Almost a year ago had an issue with my car. Was told I would get a refund for the rental under warranty. Still have not yet received my money despite contacting them 1000 times. They just beat around the bush and lie to you about getting your money back.
