5 star service. Transparent, easy to deal with, efficient and accessible. Connor in sales and Sunny in finance were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Not a single question were either unable to answer and I asked many. Second time leasing from this location over the last four years. Highly recommend to anyone in the market for a vehicle. *Especially anyone who don't want to feel objectified or ripped off.

I manage a fleet of 100 vehicles and I'm the person to tow a vehicle to the 'closest dealer' when it breaks down. We'll never tow to Bank St Kia again. It took me days to even get a call back to confirm that our vehicle made it to them. I called 5 times a day leaving voicemails and they never called back. They finally ordered a starter and told us it would be done in a few days and then dropped off the face of the planet. It took weeks to get a starter as they kept giving our part away to other customers instead of fixing our vehicle. One of the last updates I got was they fired the employee who told us the starter was for us......so I assume working here would be a nightmare too. I can't wait for their generic reply to this review of" please connect with our customer service department at customerservice@dilawricanada.com so that we can assist you" I've emailed this customer service email 6 times and only got a reply to ask for my phone number and then never called or replied to me again. When we finally got the vehicle back after 6 WEEKS our invoice was written out to the wrong company. They said they don't know how to change the company name so they won't.....strange. If you're looking for friendliness, efficiency, or a dealership who will answer the phone or an email - avoid this place at all costs.

We bought a brand new Kia Sorento in 2018, lured in by the promise of lifetime oil changes. Fast forward to today, and suddenly, "lifetime" has an expiry date—5 years. Despite following every scheduled service and being a loyal customer, Bank St. Kia has decided to pull the rug out from under us and refuse to honor what we paid for. This is false advertising at its worst. If "lifetime" doesn't mean lifetime, then stop deceiving customers with empty promises. It’s absurd that they think they can get away with this level of dishonesty. I was literally on the verge of purchasing another car from them, but after this betrayal, there’s no way I’ll be giving Bank St. Kia another dime. They’ve lost our trust and our business permanently. Shame on them for such underhanded tactics.

Hussein was the sales representative that helped find the perfect vehicle. He was very cordial and helpful! Taking the time to answer all my questions and showed all of the safety features before my purchase. In a matter of days they helped me get my car and get on the road before the new year.
