Vehicle was the n for an airbag recall and repair to replace fan blower. Services were completed in just under 2 hrs and I was given a complimentary car wash. It was wonderful to walk out to a clean car.

I purchased my Toyota Corolla from here and my experience was outstanding. Amir is extremely knowledgeable and went the extra to ensure I had a good buying experience from top to bottom. He showed me all of the car's features and introduced the options I need. Also, he made himself available after my purchase. Great job Amir and Jacksons' Toyota!

Earlier in the month, I had a great purchase experience dealing with Sales Associate, Erick. The 2019 Tacoma I picked up last Wednesday was well presented by Erick and delivered as promised. This man is very polite, honest and sincere. I left there feeling they truly care about my satisfaction.

Was booked in for 10am for a diagnostic of our 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross that was making squeaking noises when pressing on the breaks. Got there at 10, no one at service desk, waited then was checked in by Tanya. However our car wasn't checked until about 12, so our appointment didn't finish until about 12:30-12:45. Wasn't ideal as I was with my infant and husband and daughter were waiting elsewhere. I went to see Matt Mitchell who helped us with the sale of our car and an appointment for Saturday (they weren't allowing Saturday appointments for Diagnostic tests because of skeleton staff and short hours). Was greeted by lovely Courtney, always smiling and very friendly, even when answering phone calls. Walked by parts for some inquiry and Dennis is very knowledgeable and moves quick, really is an express service at Parts. There were a few sales men who greeted myself and my daughter. There was one guy who wore such a groovy suit, I think they were cards? What a statement. Overall, you wouldn't be disappointed or walk out with a negative feeling You'll feel like all staff love their job and their employer.

Don't buy Corolla. I bought Brand New 2022. Just fall Ice burg from my roof top and damaged my Hood top. It is so thin to observe that kind of weight.
