One of my most favorable experiences. I didn't personally purchase the vehicle but I would highly recommend SMP Saskatoon to anyone within or out of the city. Service is amazing, and it's such a warm and welcoming environment. A shout out to Amar Deep and Ryan for their amazing and solid service 🙂

I recently had an amazing experience at smp buying a new vehicle. I dealt with Krista Mitchell. Krista made the whole process of buying a vehicle simple and really went the extra mile to make sure our needs were met and all of my questions were answered. I couldn't recommend smp enough. Thank you Krista and the whole team at smp for the great experience buying a new ride!

I purchased a used truck today, I paid in full, signed & paid in full, sales person name Scott, was very unprofessional in his conduct with me as a paying customer! His conduct at the end of the deal was very harsh & unprofessional. I explained to him, I was in. Hurry, I had no time to wait, on him. I gave him over 2 hrs, to get together what ever else that needed to be signed. It's almost as though he was forcing me to sign, what ever documents, at the end of the sale? I was very upset over what he did, after I got tired of waiting for him! I attempted to leave with a truck I paid in full, for, He then jumped in front of me & the truck! I was very upset by this conduct & treatment! His supervisor was there & I laid a verbal complaint against his unprofessional conduct! Furthermore the truck was baught & paid in full! I will be consulting a lawyer to see what actions I will proceed with over this unpleasant experience! Not impressed with how I was treated, he racially profiled me, even after I paid in full for the truck!

Last week I unexpectantly found myself at SMP looking for a used but recent Ford Explorer (the Ford dealer didn't seem to have any!) after an unfortunate encounter with a deer which totalled my 2003 Escape. I had bought a car at SMP before, but that was in 1974! I steeled myself for an interaction with a stereo-typical used car salesman but was pleasantly surprised. Antonio was terrific. After I told him what I was looking for, he was immediately able to detremine what they had in stock (only two) and didn't try to upsell me to a new vehicle or to a different make or model. He invited me to test drive the 2019 Escape that I had found on their website. I was surprised how knowledgeable a Chevrolet salesman was about a Ford product. I had numbers of questions and if he didn't know trhe answer off of the top of his head, he either went onto his computer to find out or went to ask a more senior member of his team. Cars have changed since 2003!!! All kinds of options and functions that I wasn't familiar with and Antonio was patient but not-condescending in explaining them to me The next day when I I went to pick up my 'new to me' Ford, I went outside with the key and then had to go back into the dealership to learn how to start it. Antonio even offered to connect my phone to the Bluetooth in the car. All in all I would have to say that Antonio took away a lot of the stress involved in the unexpected need to purchase a new vehicle. I will go back to SMP in the future.

Incredible service and quality! Chris from SMP had provided nothing less than unconditional help and support throughout my car search journey. His treatment and patience are top notch and on the purchase day everything was made simple with his precious help! I just moved from ON to SK, and after having this amazing experience at SMP, I now know where to go if I ever need any car-related advice. And as long as I live in SK, I woud only trade/buy from SMP. Keep up the good work guys! Too bad other dealerships don't have a Chris in them! This is simply unmatched quality of service!
