I recently had MM Audi perform a full bumper-to-bumper repaint, Including the bumpers of course. I dealt with Paul S., the Bodyshop manager to make all of the arrangements. Paul did a great job of communicating with me to keep me updated leading up to the day I was scheduled to drop off the car, and then regularly to keep me up to date on the progress. Once the car was in the shop being worked on, they took their time to make sure it looked as good as it would have straight off of the showroom floor. (This car is a 2010, now 8 years old) Why was I getting a full repaint? There were a lot of rock chips on the front of the car, along with two spots on the rear quarter panels that needed to be painted because of paint peeling. Ethien & Izac were the two body shop technicians that did all of the prep work on my car. It was very clear when I picked up my car that not only Ethien & Izac had taken great pride in their work on my car, but also Andreas and Paul. Everyone came out to see my reaction when I was picking up the car, and it was clear the show car quality I had received. I’m a car guy, and I can tell you they have wet sanded and polished most all of the car, so that it is absolutely flawless. We all stood around and talked about the car while I was checking it out. It really made the overall experience very meaningful. I would highly recommend Mark Motors Bodyshop when quality matters. The customer service and communication was perfect, and the quality of work was absolute perfection.

My 2012 S4 already started rusting. Took it to the body shop. MM /Audi Canada won't cover the refinishing. What a disappointment for such a "premium" brand. Stay away!

Not the worst dealership, but definitely not the best. Be prepared to wait 20 minutes in line at service to drop off your car for your appointment as they are very slow. Also their labour fees are insanely and unnecessarily high (as most dealerships are, but when you try and charge $280 for a simple oil change, thats a slight bit excessive). You also drop off your car for a 9:30 a.m. appointment for a simple wheel alignment, 5 hours later you call to see what is taking so long, you get the run around for a good 10 minutes then they tell you they need to figure out what is happening with your car. What is the point of having appointments for simple services if you're waiting 5-6 hours for it to be done?
