Hyundai On Hunt Club

Mr. Tony Nehme called me as soon as I printed the $500 special from their website. We made an appointment for the same day, late afternoon, and he was there, at the door, welcoming my son and I. He was very friendly, I felt I could trust what he was telling me. This is my 4th Hyundai, so I knew what I wanted. We did not have to discuss too long before I got the deal I wanted. It was a Friday night and on Monday at 4pm I had my new car. Mr. Nehme showed me everything, made sure I understood and had no more questions and offered to be available if I needed anything in the future. I really enjoyed his amicable presence, he immediately spoke to me in French when he heard I had an accent. I appreciated this very much. I would send my friends to see him if any of them wanted a new car. Thanks, Mr. Nehme !

Eli, Tony and Johnny were awesome from start to finish. They were all very pleasant to deal with and very accommodating when I wanted/needed my new car. Tony was very thorough on delivery of my vehicle and went out of his way to make this a great experience. This is my 3rd Hyundai from 3 different dealerships and this one was the best experience yet. I feel confident that I am safe behind the wheel of my new Accent GL and if anything goes wrong, I'll be well taken care of. I highly recommend Hyundai on Hunt Club!!!

Eli, Tony and Johnny were awesome from start to finish. They were all very pleasant to deal with and very accommodating when I wanted/needed my new car. I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Accent from Sales Representative Marco Flocarri at the Hyundai on Hunt Club Ottawa location. This was my first time purchasing a car and Marco's knowledge of all the vehicles was remarkable. Right from the start, he listhened carefully to what my needs were in choosing the right car and was patient while we searched for what was best for me and my family. He answered all of my questions and concerns with expertise and made me feel incredibly comfortable. His undeniable customer service made everything so easy. I never felt rushed and that is incredibly important to me. Marco's invaluable help made me feel secure and confident in my selection. From the time I walked in, to signing the deal it was effortless and this is all thanks to Marco's wondeful demeanor and knowledge of the products. I felt very lucky that Marco was there every step of the way and wish that everyone could have the same experience that I had.

This was by far the best car buying experience my husband and have had in a very long time! Tran was fantastic! He listened to all our needs and helped in making the best choice of vehicle for our family. Being a Service Manager myself, I recognize the amazing customer service skills that Tran has. We will for sure refer this dealership to all our friends and family....already have. We will be going to see Tran for any of our car needs in the future. Also want to mention that all of the other staff were fantastic as well and we received great service from Tim Boileau as well in the office. Happy customers!!!

I don't think that the rating of #5 is enough to express my appreciation. There should be a #6 for "awesome". I have bought two cars from Marco Floccari. A 2012 Santa Fe and recently a 2013 Santa Fe. As a woman, dealing with Hunt Club Hyundai and Marco Floccari (sales) and Tim Boileau (financing) has been the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. In fact, it was fun. They have my total trust. I had gone previously to another Hyundai dealer where I was ignored and then not taken seriously that I was ready to buy. Guess what, other Hyundai dealer in the Bells' Corners area, I was serious! I have purchased two vehicles from Hunt Club and I will always go back to Marco and Hunt Club! P.S. Service at Hunt Club is awesome also. The people are friendly and you are always in and out at the given times!
