On my first visit to Hyundai on Hunt Club I was greeted by salesman Marco Floccari. He was friendly and polite, and asked how he may assist me. After a few questions he invited me to his office so that he can better understand what I was looking for in a new vehicle and what options he may be able to offer me. He presented me with a brochure of the vehicle I was interested in and proceeded to go through the different packages available which would interest me, based on my budget and type of options I was looking for. He also explained the different promotions which were currently available including financing terms, etc. After about 30 minutes, I thanked him for his time and that I was still looking at different manufacturers and that I was not ready to make a purchase. Marco returned the gesture with respect and presented me his card and told me I can contact him at any time if I had any questions. About six weeks later and several visits to other dealers for a similar vehicles, I decided to go back and see Marco and ask to test drive the car I wanted as a final step in making my purchase. Thankfully the vehicle I wanted including the colour was in stock and I returned two days later to close the deal. I can truly say may experience at Hyundai on Hunt Club and especially Marco was great! As a salesman, Marco was always friendly, respectful, and most important, honest. He strived to make sure I got what I wanted. I would recommend Marco to all my friends and family. Thank you Marco.

I have had only bad experience. they had told me a price and they charge me triple without telling me. I called the manager left about 50 messages in 6 mounts and he never called back... they owe me about 300$ so I don't recommend them!

I have given the best rating as I am more then satisfied with my experience. Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Alex was very nice and clearly knew what he was talking about. As per other dealerships, are very impatient and sometimes not even friendly. Buying my first car from Alex was great and I would recommend him, and THE WHOLE TEAM, to my friends and family members. Much love everyone!

I made the first visit on my own just to see what an Elantra looked like. Eric was pleasant and helpful and didn't act as if I was wasting his time. When I returned a few days later with my husband, Eric made sure to include me when we got down to serious discussion; in the past at other dealerships, I've been ignored because I'm a woman with little knowledge of car parts and functions. Eric walked us through all the features of the car twice and responded to my questions clearly; he even pointed out items of more interest to me, e.g. the sunroof has UV protection so that I shouldn't worry about getting a sunburn. Eric and later Johnny made the process as painless as possible and I'm sure we got a good deal on our purchase.
