Total professionalism and no pressure sales. Delivery was well presented, and all questions answered promptly and with apprpriate detail. Most of all, I was treated as a valued customer, and my needs, not their needs were the focus of attention. I have already recommeded Adam and Jesse to my friends and colleagues. A great experience.

The steering in my 2009 Hyundai Sante Fe just failed. The KM's literally just passed 100k yesterday, and I was told (in a rather unfriendly manner) by someone in their service department that this extremely expensive repair will not be covered. My bad luck I guess, but frankly the the service department was abrupt, abrasiveness, and argumentative. I was under the impression Hyundai warranties were the best, and were to 120k... so I had only been asking questions and hadn't tried to get any special treatment. I'm glad everyone else on here was motivated to post about their good experience, but I can only speak of my own experience. I'm obviously not impressed.
