I booked 2023 Toyota highlander recently and so far loving the vehicle. Brent was great in providing all of the information regarding the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and helped us to pick a right trim for us. I highly recommend Brent from Jackson's Toyota if you are looking for a new vehicle

Made an appoint to purchases a car from here. I'm coming from out of town and all the travel plans to get there and at the last minute they told me they sold it to someone else. This place lacks integrity.

Tires were original, had to be replaced....not what you expect in a $40k purchase.

Was told the tires were good...but they were at the 3mm wear line according to my master mechanic. Sales mgr offered a 'discount' on new tires from Jackson's but I have replaced them at my cost..A $1600 error on my part for expecting more than a cheap used car attitude from a supposed 'quality' dealer in Barrie.

Purchased our vehicle at the end of lease. My only complaint would be that we were not allowed to apply accumulated purchase credits against our vehicle purchase. This shouldn’t be just for new vehicles, especially when buying your lease out as it is really yours from the start.
