I recently purchased a car from this dealership after visiting several times. Each time, I had a great experience with different staff. Amir went above and beyond to help us secure a new car after another dealership failed to deliver the one we wanted after a year-long wait. He was very helpful and friendly, and went the extra mile to get us our car as quickly as possible. The financing staff was also great. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable business and have already recommended it to several of my friends.

When I decided to start looking for a vehicle in November of 2022, I went to many different dealerships both in Collingwood, Barrie, Orillia and Midland. I felt comfortable with my product advisor Eric McCormack. He explained everything well and the purchase went smoothly.

The Service Advisor was great. I am used to someone greeting me and looking after things immediately. That always happens at Jackson's. Maybe you are short staffed but no one was at your front desk to go to so i waited out in the service department but no one was there until about 10 minutes later someone passing by asked if i had been looked after. Fortunately, it was a recall and only took 15 - 20 minutes before my vehicle was ready
