Justin was very friendly and informative with status updates and is always available to answer questions. We even got the opportunity for another car that another customer did not want. On the pick up day, everything was smooth and professional.

Car was running perfect and is 10 years old only 91,000 km. Serviced regularly every year. A week ago the engine light came on as did the Trac light indicating off. Brought to dealer even though on that day both lights turned off. I was charged $1500 for a diagnostic of the oxygen indicator as I was told by dealer, it was a “known issue”. They refused to do any discount under recall even though it was a known issue. I asked and again was told by service desk that the manager doesn’t discount or offer to repair a “known” issue. They fixed the problem and never offered anything. Extremely disappointing from a well known manufacturer ( Toyota) to repair known issues. I’m out $1500 I was expecting to be covered or at least 50%. Service desk advised the manager never provides a discount.

Andrew Black was great to work with. Admittedly I am a cautious buyer with lots and lots of questions and tons of back and forth. I think some would refer to me as a ‘nightmare client’ haha Andrew was great and had tons of patience and answered all questions. Ask for him!

Summary: Excellent vehicle, bad client service. Our vehicle was ordered 4 February 2022. At the time of order, a purchase agreement was filled with a Trade-In Allowance of around $41,000. Our sales representative, Brent Bell, assured us that the vehicle would be delivered before July 2022 since we knew that we were moving to Quebec due to military service. When May came around, we had to seek our representative to get an update on the vehicle. The only information we had gotten so far was that they didn’t know when it would come in. We were never told if the vehicle was in production, or even actually ordered. Through the months, we requested updates on multiple occasions and never got answers to our emails. On 3 May we were able to have a phone conversation with Brent where we all agreed to investigate ways to keep the sale despite our move to Quebec. Different options were put on the table such as having the vehicle shipped to a Quebec dealership or providing financial support for us to drive back. In mid-June, since there was still no delivery date, Brent agreed to help us financially so we could come back to trade-in and pick up our new vehicle whenever it would arrive since it would cost us $400 in gas alone. He mentioned that it would be impossible for Toyota to ship directly to Quebec. Based on that promise, we agreed to stay with Jackson’s Toyota despite our move to Quebec. This promise was reiterated during our phone calls in September. After that, we had to wait until November to receive any substantial update to our file. When we got an update, Brent told us that our trade-in allowance had dropped to around $20,000. We provided him with proof that similar vehicles in the region were selling for over $38,000 and that another dealership made an offer at $32,000. Brent agreed to increase the trade-in to $26,000. We ended up selling the vehicle to the other dealership. Furthermore, during our phone call on 16 November, Brent confirmed after checking his system that, except for the trade-in allowance, the bill of sale had not changed for our vehicle even though it was now a 2023, which was a good thing for us. We agreed on a delivery date of 9 December. On 1 December, I received the updated bill of sale with an MSRP increased by $600. I tried reaching out to Brent by texts and was only able to get a hold of him when I decided to call on 5 December to discuss the price increase and the financial support for our trip to pick the vehicle up. Brent told us that there was nothing he could do about that and denied confirming with us the MSRP on 16 November and ever promising financial support. In summary, throughout this whole process, we feel like Brent led us on to make sure we would not go shopping elsewhere. He broke his promise on the trade-in allowance, on the MSRP and on the financial support. Communication was lacking throughout. We had to actively seek out the information we needed and provide multiple reminders. It was a bad experience for the 10 months as a client.

This dealer service department does the poorest service I've ever experienced. After a service there's lots of oil on the my center console. Service time takes way longer then what they said when I booked the appointment. Very unsatisfied.

Had a great experience buying my first car here in Canada at Jackson's Toyota, since day one they were very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating with the changes we needed to make and were always very patient with us, I would definitely buy again a car with them and I recommend them 100%
