The service or lack there of has left us frustrated and disappointed. The latest issue was with my hubbies car. The engine light came on. He called service yes sir we can give you an appointment next week. Next week? The engine light is on! Is the car safe to drive? So ended up taking it to an other dealership and had the issue dealt with ASAP.

Reason for 1 star is because sales person and their manager are not trustworthy enough. I have ordered my tundra truck for a year and still there is no news to deliver it. You will only expect promises which will not be met and they will keep your money like a trap. You will be stuck with them for long time. DO NOT believe their words and timeframe they tell you about delivery of your vehicle. Better to visit other Toyota dealers.

bought my new 2022 rav4 from another dealer, sales person was to lazy to see if he could get me a 2022, was pushing the 2023" Called the Midland toyota. no problem. 8 weeks later got the new car. picked it up 2nd week of dec 2022. what jerks. assured me over the phone they could order one and then it was a different story when i went to the dealership.Bait and switch tactic. I have told at leats 300 people so far about it. Called to ask for an oil change. they wont even tell you the price. they want you to bring the vehicle in. just go anywhere but the dealership. they just want to rip you off.

I have been dealing with Jacksons Toyota since 2013. They have always treated me with respect and cheer. In 2017 I bought anew Camry and I loved it. We still had our 2013 Tacoma so this tear we decided to just have one car. I loved the Highlander so talked to Bill Lougheed about ordering one. Bill kept me updated on the progress of the car, so I knew about when it would come. On Fri Dec23, the worst day for travelling we brought my Camry down for the trade. Bill was so good to us. I will keep coming to Jacksons for any and all needs.
