Worse Honda experience ever. Went in to look into buying a Honda CRV. Was kept waiting at a little table at the front door. When a salesman finally came to talk to me I told him I was a Honda retiree & he didn't have any time for me. I asked what was the best deals on a CRV & he told me to contact Honda Head Office. I have driven Honda's for over 20 years & after that experience I went to the Ford Dealership & bought a brand new Escape. My neighbour was looking for a CRV & got similiar treatment so went else where.

Simply seamless . Purchase of our new CRV was totally, completely perfect. From begining to delivery. Both Daniel Brown and Brandon Houtby provided excellent service and total satisfaction . I would highly recommend Henley Honda for the purchase of a new vehicle definitely ask for either Daniel or Brandon. Thank you for the 10 out of 10 top notched service.

Have owned my used CR-V for a month and couldn't be happier with both the car and my experience buying it. Ryan P took my wife and I on some memorable test drives as we narrowed down our vehicles of choice. He made the buying process simple to understand and never once did he make us feel pressured. His manager, Dan C, was like Vanilla Ice in every way. He was super cool and any time we had a problem, yo, he solved it. Finally, Brandon, the finance guy, fought hard to get us the best interest rate from the financial institutions. He managed to get us a rate lower than expected and my wife and I are really grateful for that. I am confident that because of the Honda protection I purchased for my vehicle that I won't need to buy another car for many years. But when I do, you can bet that I'll be buying it from Henley Honda.

If you're looking for a used/new car, I would 100% recommend Joe/Joeseph Scavo. As a first time car buyer, he made the experience far more pleasant than I could have imagined. No pressure, so transparent, very kind from beginning until end, and worked around my schedule as much as possible. I also had one of the coolest test drives with Joe, which really highlighted all the worthwhile features on the civic. 10/10 would go to again.
