Great customer service. We came in interested in purchasing a small SUV and test drove almost all makes/models in that class at other dealers. Joe Ferguson went above and beyond to show us why Honda (and specifically Henley) was the way to go and made our decision to purchase a CRV a no brainer. He’s super easy to reach and really easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

A few months ago I Experienced some issues with my 8 months old preowned vehicle. I bought my car in winter so I’m not sure if the AC was working as the air felt pretty cool. Booked an appointment for AC blowing hot air .. they took around 1:30hrs and informed me that the AC condenser is damaged with a stone. I bought Honda + warranty for 200k as I was told that it will cover everything but tires and windshields etc, but they came to me with over $1000+ eatimate. I sold my old car because I was spending on repair lately and thought Honda and warranty will cover me for at least 3 years but NO. I was little upset because I was told that it isn’t covered but I actually spent 2500+ to cover all break fixes. I started asking questions to the guy who brought me the estimate But this mechanic girl jumed into our conversation and rudely (yelled) at me that if I even know what and where condenser is. I asked for the manager but he told me that it isn’t cover under the warranty and offered me 15% discount on the labour. I was still mad and asked why it isn’t cover under warranty? They suggested me to call Honda warranty, called but they couldn’t actually point to anywhere on the warranty booklet. I had to get it fixed from outside. At the end I would like to say that the mechanic girl shouldn’t yell or be rude to anyone, she has no right. Every one else was friendly even tho my car wasn’t fixed under warranty and I had to pay for it :( Hope you guys can train the staff how to keep calm. I know you guys have a lot of customers but keep them not cut them :) Thanks

Horrible customer service . I called up to ask questions about my ownership and Sandra told me they dont deal with it to call Homda financial directly. So I did that and also called my insurance company who both told me to call the dealer back . I then called to talk to the manger, hoping he could help. He made Sandra call me back ,who was already no help , they just want to get you off the phone. I work in customer service and this place is the worst . Buy your car somewhere else.
