In August 2018 we bought a beautiful, new Honda Odyssey Touring mini-van from Henley Honda in St. Catharines. We cannot say enough about the helpful, responsive service we received from all of the staff at Henley Honda, particularly from the kind salesman, Brian Chickowski, who sold us our vehicle. On a day in April when Brian showed me, Josie, the van during a test drive, he explained the Odyssey's special features very clearly. We were still unsure about whether we would purchase a new Odyssey, or keep our 2010, which was still functioning well, as all Hondas do. Meanwhile, Brian continued to stay in touch with me from time to time, but he never pressured us to "buy new." He understood our dilemma. After our decision to purchase months later, we were very grateful for the unhurried time Brian gave to both of us in demonstrating the operation and function of every one of the Odyssey's amazing electronic buttons, on the dash, throughout the interior, and all around the exterior of the car, carefully going to great detail to show us how to operate our new van. Thank you, Brian, for your thoughtful, kind approach. Thanks to Tom, Sandra, and Sean, for your part in providing us with this new vehicle at a fair price. Blessings on all the staff at Henley Honda. One of the best dealership experiences I ever had. Had a pretty major issue with my car and Thomas the service advisor was very clear on the steps I have to take in order to diagnose and fix the issue. When the time came to fix the issue I was informed that the repair would be free and covered by a extended warranty as its a common issue. When the time comes, Henley Honda will definitely be my first choice to buy my next car.
