work was completed but was not done in the time frame as stated in getting a preset appointment set up in advance.

I do appreciate that it may be busy at times but if customers request and get a certain time to get work done it should be within ten to fifteen minutes of a said time and not a half hour later then specified.

As stated above, I have not been in for service since winter tires were installed months ago. Perhaps you have me confused with another client? I certainly WOULD recommend you if needed.

Dead battery

The problem was sorted out and looked after in a timely and professional manner. The weather was extreme.y cold and thought that was the problem but it turned out the battery had a faulty cell in it.
